Corporate event photography in Providence and Boston
I photograph conferences, summits, galas and company events, and I can run a headshot station for your guests at the same time. You get photos for social the same day. Your guests leave with a new headshot.

The headshot station
A new headshot for every guest
I set up studio lights and a backdrop near registration or the lounge. Between sessions, guests step in, I guide them for a couple of minutes, and they pick a favorite. It's retouched and emailed to them.
It gives people a reason to stop by, and a thank-you they'll actually use on LinkedIn.

How it works
- 1. Send me your date.
Tell me where it is and about how many people. I'll reply with a quote and my full price sheet.
- 2. Hold the date.
A 50% retainer locks it in. If your venue asks for a certificate of insurance, I'll send it before load-in.
- 3. Event day, then photos.
Same-day picks for social that night. The full gallery in 3 business days, or the next day if you add it.
Why planners book me
Calm on the day, fast after
- Directed, not just photographed. Most people hate their headshot because nobody told them what to do. I coach every person who steps in.
- Studio lighting at your venue. Bright, sharp headshots with natural retouching, even in a dark ballroom.
- Two photographers when you need them. Stage and networking at the same time, so nothing gets missed.
- 10+ years in Providence. Rated 4.9 from 109 Google reviews. Insured. Hablo español.
Questions planners ask
How much does corporate event photography cost?
Event coverage starts at $1,800 for a half day (up to 4 hours) in Rhode Island. A headshot station starts at $2,400. Coverage plus a headshot station starts at $3,900. Full days, a second photographer and faster delivery are quoted together for your schedule.
Do you photograph events in Boston and Massachusetts?
Yes. I'm based in Providence and photograph events all over Rhode Island and Greater Boston. Boston has a travel fee. Farther than that, I'll quote it for you.
How fast do we get the photos?
You get 10 to 20 picks the same day for social. The full gallery arrives in 3 business days, or by 6 pm the next business day with next-day delivery. A same-day full gallery is available too.
What is an event headshot station?
A small studio at your event: lights, a backdrop and me. Guests step in between sessions, I direct them for a couple of minutes, and they pick a favorite photo that's retouched and emailed to them. About 25 to 30 people an hour.
Can you bring a second photographer?
Yes. A second photographer covers the event while I run the headshot station, or shoots a second angle at the same time, like the stage and the networking floor.
Are you insured?
Yes. I carry liability insurance and can send a certificate of insurance (COI) to your venue before load-in.
Can we use the photos for marketing?
Yes. Use them on your website and social, in press, and in recruiting and investor decks. Sponsors get photos of their own booth and stage time.
How do we book?
Email or call with your date. A 50% retainer holds it, and the rest is due 15 days after you get the gallery.
